フィックの公式Fick's formula 肺 胞壁を通過する 気体 の拡散量は,肺循環血量で定まる.一定時間当たりに肺の 毛細血管 を通過する血液量は心拍出量に等しいはずであるから,次の式で心拍出量を求めることが可能となる. この式を フィック の公式とフィックの原理 心拍出量=酸素摂取量/ (動脈血酸素含量-混合静脈血酸素含量) として算出できることの提案。 フィック自身は二酸化炭素でも測定できることを述べている。 この原理はいろいろと他の指示物質を使う方法にも拡張された。 原理的にはQp/Qsの計算について 教科書とかに書いてあるので、そこを読んでいただけるといいかと思いますが、 なるべくわかるように説明していきます。 Qp/Qsの式 図;Qp/Qsの式について( * 136は本当は136×10です。) 式を見ただけでうんざりした人は多いと思います。
